CareLearn is Moving to a New System

CareLearn will move to a new system on June 30. The new system will make training easier to use and easier to access on all devices, including phones and tablets. It will give caregivers a smoother and more reliable experience.

If You Do Not Need Training Right Now, Please Wait

If you do not need training right away, please wait to create a CareLearn account until the new system is live. Waiting will help you avoid setting up your account twice and will give you a faster start in the improved system.

Why CareLearn Is Changing

The current system is being retired. The new system will be simpler, faster, and more reliable. It will help caregivers spend less time dealing with technical issues and more time focused on their work and the people they support.

What This Change Means for You

The new CareLearn system will offer easier login without a SAW account, better use on phones and tablets, faster setup for new users, easier course search, and mobile access to certificates and transcripts.

If You Need Training Now

You can still create an account in the current system until June 16. Requests for a CareLearn account will be paused June 17 – 29 in preparation for system changes. New account setup will restart June 30.
