If you are worried about the safety or well-being of a vulnerable adult, whether it is suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation, there is help available. The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services provides a secure way to report concerns online any time.
You can report anonymously, and Adult Protective Services and Residential Care Services will review the concern to help the individual get the support they need.
