What other programs can pay a spouse to be a caregiver?

Medicaid Long Term Services and Supports does not allow a spouse to be paid as a caregiver. If Medicaid LTSS is not the right fit for your situation, there are other programs that may allow a spouse to be paid. These programs have their own eligibility rules and application steps.
